The Kaduna State High Court, on Wednesday discharged and acquitted the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), Ibrahim El Zakzaky and his wife Zeenat
The judge while delivering judgment said they have no case to answer.
El-Zakzaky and his wife were absolved for culpable homicide, among other charges.
