Billionaire businessman, Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata is dead.

He reportedly died in the early hours of June 28, 2025 at the age of 94 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where he spent his later years.

The announcement came from his Principal Private Secretary, Mustapha Abdullahi Junaid. He expressed profound sorrow in a heartfelt statement, declaring, “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of our beloved father, Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata. May Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus and forgive his shortcomings. We will provide details regarding funeral arrangements as they become available, insha’Allah.”
