University of Maiduguri, insert late Muhammadu Buhari

In a bid to honour the legacies of the late former President Muhammudu Buhari, the Federal Government under the watch of President Bola Tinubu has renamed the University of Maiduguri after the late former President.
The announcement was made at the ongoing Special Federal Executive Council, FEC meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Tinubu said the move was to honour the legacies of the late former President and what he stood for in Nigeria.
Recall that late President Muhammadu Buhari died on Sunday in a London hospital and was buried in Daura, Katsina State, on Tuesday.
