The Ogun State Police Command has charged the driver of the Lexus SUV in which Anthony Joshua was travelling when he got involved in a crash on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
The driver was charged to court on Friday.
The spokesperson of the command and a Deputy Superintendent of Police, DSP Oluseyi B. Babaseyi disclosed this on Thursday.
Babaseyi said the 46-year-old driver was charged to the Sagamu Magistrate Court in connection with the Anthony Joshua accident case.
“The case has been adjourned to January 20, 2026,” Babaseyi added.
It would be recalled that two of Joshua’s colleague, Kevin Latif Ayodele and Sina Ghami, died in the accident, which occurred on December 29, 2025.
