Following his retirement from the Nigeria Police force, Alhaji Isiaka Ishola Adeyinka aka Askari To n ko Fuji has said that he is fully back in music and ready to take his rightful position.
Speaking with Pt DSP Ishola Adeyinka (Rtd) said that when he was in the police force he was combining music and at the same time serving his father’s land ‘now that I have retired I’m back in music and ready to give it all that I have ‘.
Askari who retired with the prestigious rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) said he is currently in the studio recording an album which is his Post Retirement Album.
He said that the new work is a 12 track album with a special track dedicated to the campaign for Ibadan State
Askari To n ko Fuji who is also a High Chief in Ibadan, Mogaji Alare from the Agbejonku Royal Dynasty said that apart from music he will have enough time to serve his people as a leader (Mogaji) .
He said that the yet to be titled album will be released at the end of the month of August,2026.’i can assure you that the album will be a chat buster and it is the vintage Askari ‘.
Alhaji Ishola Adeyinka added that apart from releasing the album on Compact Disc it will be all social media platforms .
It would be recalled that Askari’s last album titled ‘Ibadan’ was released to promote the rich culture of Ibadan and Oyo State as a whole.
