The Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo is dead.
He died at the age of 60 shortly after reportedly collapsing in his office in Yenagoa on Thursday.
NATIONAL WAVES reports that the deputy governor slumped in offuce and was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Yenagoa treatment. He later gave up the ghost.
As at the time of filling this report, the Bayelsa State government and his family members were yet to issue statement over his demise
