All roads will lead to Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja on December 17, 2025 as Sir Dr Kesington Adebukunola Adebutu, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Alhaji Abdusamad Rabiu, Alhaji Nasiru Danu, the Sardaunan Dutse and Aare Kola Oyefeso, an accomplished entrepreneur are expected to launch a book written by the former Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.
The public presentation of the book is expected to mark Buhari’s posthumous birthday
This was contained in a statement Monday signed by book launch planning committee and made available to NATIONAL WAVES.
President Buhari would have turned 83, but had passed away on July 13, 2025.
Titled ‘Headlines & Soundbites: Media Moments that Defined an Administration,’ the book is an insider chronicle of governance, communication and nation-building during the Buhari era.
“Expected as Royal Father of the Day is the Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence, Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar III, leading a team of other eminent royal fathers from across the country.
“Wife of the departed president, Aisha Buhari, is Mother of the Day,” it said.
The keynote speaker at the event is former Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Prof. Oladapo Afolabi, who will speak on the topic: “Nigeria’s Unfulfilled Global Community Expectations.”
“Mr Segun Adeniyi, former presidential spokesman and chairman Editorial Board, This Day Newspaper, is Book Reviewer,” it added.
