Osarodion Ogie, Asue Ighodalo

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has nominated the Secretary to the Edo State Government, SSG, Mr. Osarodion Ogie as the running mate to its Governorship Candidate, Dr Asue Ighodalo.
This was disclosed to newsmen in Benin City on Friday by a PDP chieftain who preferred anonymity as he was not authorised by the party to speak to the press on the development.
It was gathered that Ogie’s nomination was occasioned by his popularity and wide acceptance amongst the people in Edo South, a senatorial district that is adjudged as the most populous amongst the three senatorial districts in Edo
