Popular social media personality, Eniola Fagbemi, popularly known as Sisi Alagbo, has apologised over the circulation of a controversial video allegedly involving her, her husband, Adesola Hakeem, and another woman.
The video, which has gone viral and generated widespread reactions, with some expressing concern over its content while others questioned the circumstances surrounding it.
Reacting to the development, Fagbemi, in a post shared on her verified Facebook page on Wednesday, admitted wrongdoing and apologised to the public.
She acknowledged her mistakes and expressed deep regret over the video, apologising to those who felt disappointed by the incident.
Fagbemi described the situation as a difficult phase in her life, while appealing for forgiveness from God and her followers, urging the public to move beyond the controversy.
She added that her social media platforms remain a source of livelihood for her, pleading with the public not to condemn or criticise her further as she is already facing emotional challenges.
Sisi Alagbo added that the incident has taken a heavy toll on her mental health, revealing that she has been unable to eat or sleep for days despite taking medication.
She further appealed for understanding and forgiveness, noting that she does not want to harm herself and is relying on the little strength she has left to cope with the situation.
She wrote, “I own my mistakes, and I apologize with all sincerity for the video circulating online. I am deeply sorry to everyone who felt disappointed in me.
“This is a great phase for me, and I pray for God’s forgiveness and my fans’ forgiveness, please let’s move on past this because this media is where I get little support to feed, pls don’t condemn me or castigate me am already passing through a lot,
“I can’t eat or sleep for days, even sleeping meds aren’t working for me anymore, I am deeply sorry, everyone. Please forgive me, I don’t want to injure myself, it’s only the little strength I have.”
