Fans of Arsenal football club were in a ecstatic mood as Arsenal bounced back to reclaim top spot in the Premier League with a 1-0 victory over Newcastle United on Saturday.

Eberechi Eze netted the winning goal in the ninth minute, with Kai Havertz providing the assist.

Arsenal had been knocked off the Premier League summit when Manchester City beat Burnley on Wednesday and had to work hard to regain top spot.

Yoane Wissa wasted a glorious chance to equalise for Newcastle United.

Arsenal created little as they struggled to build any momentum after Eze’s goal.

The loss is Newcastle’s fourth in a row in the Premier League as their poor season continues.
