Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat

The governorship candidate for the Lagos State All Progressives Congress and Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, has promised to focus on facts and ideas, not insults, as he joins fellow governorship candidates for a debate tomorrow.
Hamzat, who is seeking to succeed Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in 2027, said he will use the debate to discuss his manifesto tagged P.R.O.M.I.S.E. — The Lagos Promise.
He said the manifesto was conceived based on the needs of Lagos State and its people.
In a statement made available to newsmen ahead of the debate, Hamzat said:
“Watch me tomorrow as I join fellow gubernatorial candidates from other parties for a debate. I will be discussing my manifesto which is tagged P.R.O.M.I.S.E. — The Lagos Promise.”
“As I have always done in principle, I will be engaging in fact-based discussions during this debate. No mudslinging, no maligning, no personality attacks and no disrespect. Just facts!”
He urged Lagosians to watch the debate and assess the candidates based on their plans for the state.
