The Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo reportedly collapsed in his office in Yenagoa on Thursday.
He was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Yenagoa for treatment.
The incident occurred around 1:30 pm, prompting an emergency response.
Sources squealed that he was in a serious condition when he was taken to the hospital’s emergency unit.
