In a country where staff welfare and regular training is almost a rarity, the Managing Director of Golfic Securities Kenneth Ajoku has been given award as the Best Managing Director in the country by the International Institute of Professional Security (IIPS).
According to the Director General of IIPS, Dr Tony Ofoyetan, the award to the Managing Director of Golfic Securities, Kenneth Ajoku, is based on the fact that the company in his watch makes staff training and refresher courses a top priority
Kenneth Ajoku holds the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu HND in Co-operatives, Economics and Management. He is a Certified Protection Officer(CPO), Certified by the International Foundation Of Protection Officers (IFPO), Canada.
He is also certified by the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) and the Industrial Training Fund(ITF) as a Certified Trainer. He has attended many security conferences, workshops, and seminars. Mr. Ken Ajoku has taken Golfic Securities Nig.Ltd to its pride of place in the private security industry since taking over as the Managing Director more than fifteen years ago, after working as the company’s Executive Director.
The various blue chips companies that Golfic has today across the country, and the various awards and commendations received from both clients and some prestigious security Institutes like the International Institute Of Professional Security (IIPS) are verifiable testaments to the Professional, quality and efficient efforts of Mr. Ken Ajoku.
Àt the gathering of security experts held at Nicon Luxury Hotel, there was a consensus that countries have to synergies across boundaries to checkmate security challenges.
The security chiefs also dealt on issues of “under valuation” of intelligence reports by the high commands the actually led to the September 11th attack in the United States of America and the attack on Israel by terrorist on their holy religious holiday day.
They also harped on the imperative of multi-layer approach to tackle security challenges in the country.
