Mrs Idowu Kemi Titilayo and her four-month-old baby

Respite came for Mrs Idowu Kemi Titilayo and her four-month-old baby in the early hours of Thursday as a joint rescue operation carried out by local security operatives and Nigerian Army personnel rescued both mother and baby from the bandits.
Mrs Idowu’s other two children, a boy and a girl,and a local shoemaker simply known as JB remain in captivity.
Recall that Mrs. Idowu and her four-month-old baby were abducted during a bandit attack on Ijalu Compound in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State in the early hours of yesterday.
Sources squeal that security operatives have intensified efforts to secure the release of the remaining victims.
