Invitation cards of different colours and shades have been sent out to those that matter in the federal capital territory and other parts of the country as the Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, is set to marry off nine of his children on the same day.
According to top celebrity women in the capital city, these events will literally shake the capital city as many aso ebi have been procured for the events.

Matawalle, a former Governor of Zamfara State, has four wives, Aisha, Balkisu, Fatima, and Dadiya whom will ensure guests have the best of sumptuous meal and exotic drinks.
They have promised to ensure guests are well taken care of.
The multiple wedding ceremony is scheduled to hold on February 6, 2026, at the Central Mosque in Abuja.
Details of the ceremony were contained in a general invitation circulated by Dan Jafaru Aleengoo Turakee, announcing the wedding fatiha for several of the minister’s sons and daughters on the same day.

Separate invitation cards further revealed the identities of some of the couples. Hon. Nasiru Mu’azu Magarya, former Speaker of the Zamfara State House of Assembly, is set to marry Nana Bello Matawalle. Ibrahim Sahabi Liman will wed Farida Bello Matawalle, while Yazid Shehu Dan Fulani is to take Safiya Bello Matawalle as his bride. Umar Ibrahim Danmaliki is also scheduled to marry Aisha Bello Matawalle.
