Senegalese striker, Sadio Mane scored the only goal that sent Senegal into the finals of the
2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in a semi-final match against Egypt.
The goal for the Terenga Lions against the Pharaoh’s of Egypt came in the 79th minute through a long strike by Sadio Mane
The Senegalese took firm control of the game played on Wednesday.
They had over 69 percent possession, while the Egyptians took 31.1 percent as at press time.
Senegal will meet the winner of the second semi-finals between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and Morocco.
