The son of veteran Yoruba actor, Adebayo Salami popularly known as Oga Bello, Femi Adebayo’s second marriage seems to be on the verge of collapse.
Femi who is one of the top Nollywood actors is currently experiencing a crack in his second marriage.
Recall that Femi parted ways with his first wife, Khadijat who bore him three children over irreconcilable differences.
That all is not well with Femi’s second marriage played out last week as his wife, Omotayo Maimunat Sanusi allegedly confronted Funke Akindele over alleged affair with her husband
Before Omotayo confronted Funke Akindele over allegedly having an affair with her husband, the couple had been allegedly embroiled in marital crisis.
Omotayo had accused Femi of infidelity, which culminated to persistent disputes.
Accotding to a report by gossip blog , Gist lover, Omotayo confronted Funke Akindele at Ibrahim Chatta’s village. She accused Funke Akindele of having an affair with her husband, and dsmaged hotel properties, with her husband subsequently paying for the damages.
The drama intensified after they returned to Lagos, with Femi Adebayo’s wife threatening to sabotage his Netflix deal and disparage Funke Akindele, prompting her husband to vacate the house and rent an apartment on the Island.
Meanwhile, Omotayo claimed she’s pregnant and vowed not to vacate her husband’s house.
The situation escalated when Femi’s brother discovered a calabash, hinting at spiritual practices in their home.
The drama now extends beyond marital issues, sparking a deeper family and spiritual crisis.
Tensions are running high, and a social media explosion seems imminent.
Recall that Femi Adebayo and Omotayo Sanusi married in a private ceremony with family and close associates in attendance.
Omotayo is a popular caterer who promotes her food business through an online shopping platform.
She reportedly majored in provision of pounded yam delicacy, before an increase in demand made her embrace other food varieties.
Femi and Omotayo met and started their affair in Yaba in 2014, but Femi, whose first marriage crashed eight years ago, successfully shielded her from the limelight.
Femi and Omotayo were joined in holy matrimony on October 9, 2016 at the premises of Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (NIMR), Yaba, Lagos, an event that was graced by several Nollywood practitioners.
