President Muhammadu Buhari weeks back presented the All Progressive Congress (APC) governorship flag to its gubernatorial candidate, Great Ogboru, at the Warri township stadium in Delta State. The event was attended by unprecedented crowd to the envy of the ruling party in the state. A large number of party members and supporters turned up to welcome the President.
