For the six-month ended June 30, 2019, the board of Zenith Bank Plc has approved N9.4billion interim dividend for shareholders, amounting to 30kobo per share.
Zenith Bank Plc explained on Monday that shareholders on the register of the bank as at August 29, 2019, will receive the interim dividend on September 2, 2019.
Details of the audited report and accounts for presented to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday showed that gross earnings grew by 3.0 per cent from N322.2 billion in first half of 2018 to N331.6 billion in first half 2019.
Meanwhile, recorded after taxes net profit increased from N81.74 billion in first half 2018 to N88.88 billion in first half 2019.
