President Bola Tinubu, yesterday, gave a lifeline to terrorists hiding in different parts of the country, asking them to either surrender now or face the full wrath of the law.
Tinubu added that over 13,000 terrorists have been neutralised while over 124,000 laid down their arms and surrendered in the last one year.
The President disclosed this during a national broadcast this morning to mark this year’s Democracy Day, the president also appreciated efforts by the armed forces, police, and other services to secure the country.
He saluted the courage of democracy activists who were at the frontline of efforts to actualise the June 12, 1993 presidential election mandate, widely believed to have been won by Chief Moshood Abiola.
